The well known Mountain Bread Company is a family business that specialises in the production of a unique flatbread. Whilst relatively new to Australia, this traditional flatbread has been widely eaten in other parts of the world for thousands of years.
The Mountain Bread Company entered the international markets in 1999. It now successfully exports to USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Fiji, Dubai and throughout Asia.
In order to meet demand, production was moved to a purpose built factory in Reservoir, Victoria, Australia featuring state of the art equipment.
