Any faulty goods to be returned to Mountain Bread should be placed in the post-bag provided by contacting the Quality Assurance Department, they will advise if a return is required.
A short note explaining the problem will help the QA dept. to determine where the problem occurred.
Faulty goods will be replaced at no cost to you.
Mountain Bread will not be responsible for cutomers changing their orders (type or quantity etc).
If you wish to change your order after it has been shipped the cost of freight will need to be covered by you.
