Toasted Garlic Rolls


Toasted garlic rolls

8 sheets of Mountain Bread™
2 cloves garlic,  crushed
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley.
2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme (or 2 teaspoons dried thyme)
2 tbsp chopped fresh marjoram (or ½ teaspoon dried marjoram)
½ tsp paprika
2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1  Preheat oven to 180c.  In a small bowl, combine the garlic and oil and mix well.  In another small bowl, combine parsley, thyme, marjoram, and paprika and optional parmesan and mix well.

2  Brush the Mountain Bread™ slices with garlic oil.  Sprinkle on the herb mixture, roll them up and place them on a baking tray.

3  Bake until heated through, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately on a breadboard or in a basket.
