Tuna and Egg Rolls


Tuna and egg rolls

4 sheets of Mountain Bread™
½ cup white sauce
½ cup melted butter
¼ tsp lemon pepper
1 cup minced onion
1 hard boiled egg
1 can tuna
1 egg for brushing (optional)

 1  Saute the onion, loosen the tuna with a fork and dice the hard boiled egg. Place these ingredients in a mixing bowl and add the white sauce and the lemon pepper.  Blend together and adjust the flavors to taste.

2  Spoon the filling along one end of each piece of Mountain Bread™ and roll them up. Cut into smaller rolls and brush with the beaten egg (optional). Arrange on a baking tray and bake in an oven preheated to 200c until golden brown.
