Pizza
2 sheets of Mountain Bread™ 1/3 cup reduced- fat Mozzarella cheese, grated 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 cup tomato pasta sauce 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 tbsp fresh basil, shredded 1 medium red or green capsicums, roasted, skinned and cut into thin strips 100g lean leg ham, cut into thin strips ground black pepper
1 Preheat Oven to 220c. Spray a pizza tray with vegetable oil spray and place sheets of Mountain Bread™ on the tray.
2 Spread sauce evenly, top with ham, capsicums, mushrooms, olives and cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
