Fruit cone
2 sheets of Mountain Bread™
500 gm fresh fruit salad (apple, banana, pineapple, strawberry, cherries and peaches) honey
1 Cut one sheet of Mountain Bread™ into four squares, fold each to form a cone shape then bake at 200C until golden.
2 Fill the cone up with fresh fruit salad and top with honey.
