Beef Rolls


Beef rolls

16 sheets of Mountain Bread™
500gm premium mince beef
1 tbsp steak sauce.
1 stalk finely chopped celery
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp cornflour
1 cup chopped mushrooms

1  Combine beef mince with celery, parsley, steak sauce and cornflour and mix well.

2  Place some of the mix along the edge of a Mountain Bread™ slice and roll it up.

3  Place the rolls in baking tray and bake in the oven at 200c for about 18 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into two and serve hot. Serves 6-8.
