Ham & Cheese Sandwich


Ham and cheese sandwich

½ cup natural low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup green cabbage or lettuce, shredded
1 carrot, coarsely grated
4 sheets of Mountain Bread™
125gm low-fat leg ham and salami (optional), thinly sliced
125gm reduced-fat cheddar cheese slices

1 In a medium bowl, whisk together yoghurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard.  Add cabbage and carrot then mix well.

2 . Fold 1 sheet of Mountain Bread™ and into quarter. Fill bottom and top pockets with two tablespoons of cabbage
or lettuce mixture.  Place sliced ham, salami and cheese in the middle.

3  Repeat with the rest of the bread slices
