Smoked salmon squares
1 sheet of Mountain Bread™, cut into 4 squares 4 slices smoked salmon cracked pepper lemon slices 1 tomato, sliced
1 Bake the Mountain Bread™ in oven until brown and crisp. Take out and spread with some butter.
2 Cut the smoked salmon into strips, the length of the bread. Place smoked salmon strips onto the bread and sprinkle with some cracked black pepper.
3 Arrange in a dish with the lemon and tomato slices around the bread. Squeeze a little lemon on the salmon and enjoy straight away.
