Smoked Salmon squars


Smoked salmon squares

1 sheet of Mountain Bread™, cut into 4 squares
4 slices smoked salmon
cracked pepper
lemon slices
1 tomato, sliced

1  Bake the Mountain Bread™ in oven until brown and crisp. Take out and spread with some butter.

 Cut the smoked salmon into strips, the length of the bread.  Place smoked salmon strips onto the bread and sprinkle with some cracked black pepper.

3 Arrange in a dish with the lemon and tomato slices around the bread. Squeeze a little lemon on the salmon and enjoy straight away.
