Mini Pizza


Mini pizza

1 sheet of Mountain Bread™, cut into 4 squares
2 slices ham
4-5 slices salami
2 tbsp shredded olives, drained
¼ cup tomato paste
cheese to taste.


1  Cover the slices of bread with tomato paste and set aside.

2  Cut the ham and salami into small pieces, and sprinkle with the olives on top of the Mountain Bread™.

 Cut the cheese into small cubes and sprinkle onto the top of the pizzas, then cook in a moderate to hot oven (200c) until
 slightly golden. Serve and enjoy.
