Pin wheels
1 avocado 285gm smoked salmon, thinly sliced 1/4 cup mayonnaise 4 sheets of Mountain Bread™
1 Spread the avocado onto the sheets of Mountain Bread™. Top with the salmon and mayonnaise.
2 Roll all the sheets up, cut into 2 cm thick sections and enjoy.
