Apple & Ham Fingers


Apple and ham fingers 
4 sheets of Mountain Bread™
½ cup diced bacon or ham
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 apple, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
chutney to taste
½ cup grated cheese, plus a little to sprinkle over the top

1   Preheat oven to 180c. Heat a non-stick pan and cook the ham or bacon in the oil for 1 minute. Add the apple and celery and heat through.   Remove from heat, add remaining filling ingredients and divide the mixture into four.

2   Lay out one sheet of Mountain Bread™ and spread thinly with chutney. Spoon a quarter of the filling along the length of the Mountain Bread™.  Roll up firmly like a log and cut into four fingers. Repeat with each sheet of Mountain Bread™.

3   Place fingers, seam side down on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with extra cheese and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
