Ham wrap
4 sheets of Mountain Bread™ 125gm reduced-fat ricotta cheese 1 tbsp seeded mustard 200gm ham slices 2 carrots, grated 1/4 Iceberg lettuce, shredded 50gm snow pea sprouts
1 Spread half of each Mountain Bread™ sheet with ricotta cheese and mustard.
2 At the shorter end of the bread, top with ham, carrots, lettuce and snow pea sprouts. Roll up tightly, cut if half and enjoy.
